Head consultant and architect for interior design of Gekko on Merchant Road in Yangon. Interior design and renovation of double height ground floor area in 1906 heritage building. Work comprised of complete new  electrical and mechanical systems, upgrades to structure, and restoring original detail such as Lanarkshire steel beams and encaustic floor tiles.

This project was awarded Best Adaptive Reuse Project at the Yangon Heritage Turst Heritage Conservation Awards 2018.
